Quiet Series™ 10-Bit D-Type Flip-Flop
with 3-STATE Outputs
General Description
The ACTQ821 is a 10-bit D-type flip-flop with non-inverting
3-STATE outputs arranged in a broadside pinout. The
ACTQ821 utilizes Fairchild’s Quiet Series™ technology to
guarantee quiet output switching and improved dynamic
threshold performance. FACT Quiet Series™ features
GTO™ output control and undershoot corrector in addition
to a split ground bus for superior performance.

s Guaranteed simultaneous switching noise level and
dynamic threshold performance
s Guaranteed pin-to-pin skew AC performance
s Non-inverting 3-STATE outputs for bus interfacing
s 4 kV minimum ESD immunity
s Outputs source/sink 24 mA
s Functionally identical to the AM29821
