CAN Bus
CAN Overview
The CAN module is a controller for the Controller Area Network (CAN) used in automotive
and general industrial environments. It implements the CAN 2.0A/B protocol as defined in the
BOSCH CAN bus specification 2.0.
The CAN controller includes the following features:
 Supports the CAN 2.0A and 2.0B protocol specification
 Programmable data rate up to 1Mbps
 64 byte receive buffers
 Support one-shot transmission option
 Supports two configurable filter modes
 Supports listen only mode
 Supports self-test mode
