Reflow Soldering Profile
Caution:
1. Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.The reflow temperature
we recommend is +245ºC(±5ºC),the maxmum soldering temperature should be
limited +260ºC.
2. Repairing should not be done after the LEDs have been soldered. When repairing
is unavoidable, suitable tools have to be used.
3. When soldering, do not press on the LEDs during heating.
4. After soldering, do not warp the circuit board and do not stack PCBS containing
PLB116400 LEDs so that anything rests on the LED lens.
