Note : 1. VREF is expected to be equal to 0.5×VDD of the transmitting devices, and must track
variations in the DC level of the same. Peak-to-peak noise on VREF, may not exceed 2% of
the DC value.
2. VTT is not applied directly to the device. VTT is a system supply for signal termination
resistors, is expected to be set equal to VREF, and must track variations in the DC level of
VREF.
3. These parameters should be tested at the pin on actual components. The AC and DC input
specifications are relative to a VREF envelop that has been bandwidth limited to 200MHz.
4. VID is the magnitude of the difference between the input level on CK and the input on /CK.
5. Any input 0V ≤ VIN ≤ VDD, VREF pin 0V ≤ VIN ≤ 1.35V, All other pins not under test = 0 V
6. 0V ≤ VOUT ≤ VDD, DQs are disabled.
