1.2.3 Lead finish. The lead finish is as specified in MIL-PRF-38535, appendix A.
1.3 Absolute maximum ratings. 1/
Supply voltage (VCC) ............................................................. ±22 V dc
Input voltage range (VIN) ........................................................ ±22 V dc
Output short circuit duration .................................................... Indefinite
Differential input current .......................................................... ±25 mA 2/
Differential input voltage range ............................................... ±0.7 V dc
Lead temperature (soldering, 60 seconds) ............................. +300°C
Storage temperature range ..................................................... -65°C to +150°C
Maximum power dissipation (PD) ........................................... 500 mW 3/
Thermal resistance, junction-to-case (θJC) ............................. See MIL-STD-1835
1.4 Recommended operating conditions.
Supply voltage (VCC) ............................................................. ±4.5 V dc to ±18 V dc
Ambient operating temperature range (TA) ............................. -55°C to +125°C
______
1/ Unless otherwise specified, all voltages are references to ground.
2/ The inputs are protected by back-to-back diodes. Current limiting resistors are not used in order to achieve low noise.
If differential input voltage exceeds ±0.7 V, the input current should be limited to 25 mA.
3/ For TA greater than 106°C, derate linearly at 11.3 mW/°C.
