Click on the Plus “+” sign next to the Ports tree to list the available COM port. You will see “EasySync
USB COM Port”, followed by a COMn assignment. And four additional “EasySync USB Serial Converter
A” ,“EasySync USB Serial Converter B” ,“EasySync USB Serial Converter C” and “EasySync USB Serial
Converter D”.

To determine which COM port has been assigned to Converter A, B, C or D, the cursor point to the
EasySync USB Serial Port (COM5), (COM6), (COM7), (COM8), then right-click on it and select
“Properties”, it shows their relationship to the Converter A, B, C or D.
In the figure below, the Converter A is assigned to COM5, Converter B is assigned to COM6, Converter C
is assigned to COM7 and Converter D is assigned to COM8.
