PS50276 Datasheet, PDF (1/1 Pages) List of Unclassifed Manufacturers – CMOS Image Sensor
> Description
The PS50276 is a solid state CMOS image sensor for use
in intra-oral dental imaging applications. The sensor has a
35.52mm x 26.64mm active pixel array which utilises off
chip clock, ADC and signal processing to increase the
radiation tolerance of the system. It features a 3-T pixel
architecture to provide a rolling shutter and utilises double
sampling to reduce readout noise. The sensor is
chamfered by 45 degrees on two corners, by 158x158
pixels. The system clock is 20MHz, facilitating with a full
resolution frame rate of more than 0.6 frames per second.
Dose control is achieved using an X-ray irradiation
monitoring photo diode. The sensor is mounted on a PCB
and has a scintillator mounted on an optical fibre plate.
Data output is analogue.
The sensor is packaged on a PCB with a 14-bit ADC and
LVDS output.
