GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ML22330/ML22Q330/ML22331/ML22Q331, which include mask ROM and Flash memory for storing speech data,
respectively, are speech synthesis LSIs which can controll speech playback utilizing a serial interface.
It includes speaker amplifier and 16bit DA Converter, so it is possible to have high quality sound and solution for playback with
1chip.
