主要技术性能:
●使用温度范围: -55℃~+85℃
●工作电压范围: 6.3V~63V
●电容量范围: 0.22~220uF
●电容量允许偏差:±10%,±20%
●漏电流(uA): +20℃时
A 组 I0≤0.08CRUR(小于 1.5uA 时按 1.5uA 计);
B 组 I0≤0.04CRUR(小于 1uA 时按 1uA 计)。
●损耗角正切 tgδo(%):在+20℃ 100Hz 时
标称电容量:CR<47uF 时:tgδo≤10%
标称电容量:CR≥47uF 时:tgδo≤15%

Brief Introduction:
CA72 Series non-polar Solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors
with radial leads, are suitable for DC or pulse circuits where
polarity conversion is required. CA72 Series meets the
requirements of Chinese Electronic Industry Standard
SJ1501-79.
Features:
●Operating Temperature Range: -55℃~+85℃F
●Working Voltage Range: 6.3V~63V
●Capacitance Range: 0.22~220uF
●Capacitance Tolerance: ±10%,±20%
●DC Leakage(uA) at 20℃
Class A I0≤0.08CRUR ( The value less than 1.5uA is counted
as 1.5uA )
Class B I0≤0.04CRUR ( The value less than 1uA is counted as
1uA ) .
●Dissipation Factor tgδ(%) at 20℃, 100Hz:
For nominal capacitance CR<47uF, tgδ0≤10%;
For nominal capacitance CR≥47uF, tgδ0≤15%.
