To meet MIL-STD-461D/E (and also MIL-STD-461C) requirements and in particular CE102 (and also CE03) requirements, Gaïa
Converter recommends the use of the following front filter together with 4 external decoupling capacitors connected between
inputs and case and between outputs and case. Please consult EMI filter design note for further details.
