The circuit board used in the final application should employ RF circuit design
techniques. RF signal lines should have 50 Ω impedance. The package bottom
ground plane should be connected directly to PCB ground plane. A sufficient
number of via holes should be used to connect the top and bottom ground
planes. The evaluation circuit board shown is available upon request.
