production currently. The EM484M3244LBB is packaged into TFBGA as the same of the former version of
EM484M3244LBA. The EM484M3244LBB compare to former version (EM484M3244LBA):
The major feature improvements include:
1. Timing margin no change
2. ICC6 target will be under 0.5 mA with internal TCSR range. (And continue improving)
3. Testing process no change
Under improved process, we believe the EM484M3244LBB will supply continuously and stably.
