概述：
EC4218 是一顆 3 段 LED 切換方式的線性 LED 瞘動控制芯片, 搭配 3 顆外掛功率 MOS 可以得到不同的功率輸
出(數瓦到百瓦) , 其他功能有過溫保護,當芯片表面溫度到達 90℃後開始降低功率 MOS 輸出電流來控制基板的
溫度為一定值。
特點：
● SOP 8 Exposed Pad 包裝。
● 簡單的應用電路。
● 16.75V 基納二極體等效電路, 提供內部電路使用, 不需另加 Start up HVNMOS, 方便 110V/220V 電源使用。
APPLICATIONS
● 室外燈。
ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS

● Pow=18V。
