General Description
Features
The EC3284S is a monolithic synchronous buck regulator. _{● 3A Output Current}
The device integrates 95 mΩ MOSFETS that provide 3A _{● Wide 4.5V to 28V Operating Input Range}
continuous load current over a wide operating input voltage _{● Output Adjustable from 0.925V to 0.8VIN}
of 4.5V to 28V.Current mode control provides fast transient _{● Up to 93% Efficiency}
response and cycle-by-cycle current limit. An adjustable _{● Programmable Soft-Start}
soft-start prevents inrush current at turn on.
