Industry smallest 1.5A transistor
Diodes Incorporated has
introduced the ZXTN26020DMF;
the industry smallest 20V, 1.5A
rated NPN transistor. Coming
from the company’s latest GEN 5
matrix emitter Bipolar transistor
process the very low saturation
voltage enables this current
rating to be achieved.
The transistor is offered in the
1.4mm x 1.1mm leadless
DFN1411-3 package outline
providing power dissipation of
0.38W from a minimum copper
footprint.
Along with the complimentary
ZXTP26020DMF, these new
transistors offer solutions for
space constrained applications
requiring increased power
density or additional
functionality.
Typical functions performed by
these miniature transistors are
driving of MOSFETs in high
frequency DC-DC converters,
load disconnect switches in
portable products, regulators
circuits and external switches in
DC-DC converters.
