Description and Applications
The SBRT4M30LP is a 4A, 30V single rectifier packaged in the low
profile DFN3030 package. Providing low VF and excellent high
temperature stability, this device is ideal for use in general
rectification applications such as:
ï· Bypass Diode
ï· Boost Diode
ï· Blocking Diode
ï· Recirculating Diode

ï· Reduced ultra-low forward voltage drop (VF); Better efficiency
and cooler operation.
ï· Reduced high temperature reverse leakage; Increased reliability
against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation.

ï· Halogen and Antimony Free. âGreenâ Device (Note 3)
