Description
This Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) diode has been designed to meet
the stringent requirements of Automotive Applications. It is ideally
suited to use as :
ï· Polarity Protection Diode
ï· Re-circulating Diode
ï· Switching Diode

capability than schottky diodes ensuring more rugged and
reliable end applications.

and cooler operation.

reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature
operation
ï· Lead-Free Finish; RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
ï· Halogen and Antimony Free. âGreenâ Device (Note 3)
ï· Qualified to AEC-Q101 Standards for High Reliability
