Description
• Wide input voltage range: 1.5V – 6V
The AP2281 slew rate controlled load switch is a single P-channel
• Low RDS(ON): 80mΩ typical @ 5V
• Turn-on slew rate controlled
MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching
applications. The MOSFET has a typical RDS(ON) of 80mΩ at 5V,
