Silicon unijunction transistors are three-terminal device having a stable “N” type negative resistance characteristic over a wide
temperature range.
FEATURES
• Stable operation over wide temperature range
• Low leakage current
• Low peak point current
• Guaranteed minimum pulse voltage
• Available as “HR” (high reliability) screened per MIL-PRF-19500, JANTX level. Add “HR” suffix to base part number.
• Available Non-RoHS (standard) or RoHS compliant (add PBF suffix).
