FEATURES
• Available in both Unidirectional and Bidirectional (add C or CA suffix for bidirectional)
• Voltages from 6.8 to 400 V Breakdown (VBR)
• Suppresses transients up to 1500 watts @ 10/1000 μs (see Figure 1)
• Surface mount equivalent packages are available as SMDJ5.0-SMDJ170CA or SMDG5.0-SMDG170CA
• Power rating = 1500 watts
• VF: 3.5 V Maximum, IF5 = 100 A (@ 25°C)/ “C” suffix denotes standard back to back
• Available Non-RoHS (standard) or RoHS compliant (add PBF suffix)
• Available as “HR” (high reliability) screened per MIL-PRF-19500, JANTX level. Add “HR” suffix to base part number
