VLL1871 Switch Limiter
Description:
The VLL1871 is a multi-function component
consisting of 3 elements: a 40 dB SPST switch,
a passive limiter, and a 20 dB directional
coupler. All RF ports are coupled through DC
blocks.

• RF Input Power: 1 Watt CW max
• Insertion Loss: 0.5 dB max
• Return Loss: 20 dB min
• Switched Attenuation: 40 dB min
• Switching Speed: 1 µS max

- Flat Power: 40 mW max
• Recovery Time: 100 nS max
• Directional Coupler: 20 ± 0.5 dB
