4CX20-000B Datasheet, PDF (1/1 Pages) Communications & Power Industries, Inc. – RF power amplifier
4CX20,000B
The 4CX20,000B is intended for use as a Class C
RF power amplifier in AM broadcast service, for
use as a push-pull audio amplifier or modulator,
or as a pulse modulator. The anode is rated for 20
kW dissipation and incorporates a highly efficient
cooler of new design, which significantly reduces
air pressure and flow requirements and produces
low acoustical noise.
