4CPW10,000R/9016
The 4CPW10,000R/9016 is intended for use as a
pulse modulator or regulator for use with magne-
trons, crossed field amplifiers, TWTs, klystrons,
and other RF power sources. The inherent con-
stant current characteristic of this tetrode is well
suited for series switching of plasma discharge
devices, electron beam welding equipment , etc.
The rugged construction of this tube allows it to
be used under demanding vibration and shock
conditions. The holdoff voltage rating is 25 kVdc in
pulse modulator or regulator service, with a peak
anode current of 24 amperes.
