DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CZT31C and
CZT32C types are surface mount epoxy molded
complementary silicon transistors manufactured by the
epitaxial base process, designed for surface mounted
power amplifier applications up to 3.0 amps.
