DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMR5H-06 is a
HyperFast power rectifier manufactured in the epoxy
molded SMC case. The extremely fast reverse recovery
characteristics make this device an ideal choice for
PFC and other fast switching applications.
