DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPTA13 and
CMPTA63 series are complementary silicon darlington
transistors manufactured by the epitaxial planar
process, epoxy molded in a surface mount package,
designed for applications requiring extremely high gain.
