DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLSH2-4T
consists of three (3) isolated silicon Schottky diodes,
manufactured in an SOT-563 surface mount package.
This device is designed for switching applications
requiring a low forward voltage drop.
