Description:
Central Semiconductor’s CMLM0575 (N-Channel + Diode) and CMLM0585
(P-Channel + Diode) Multi Discrete Modules™ consist of a single Enhancement
Mode MOSFET and a low VF high current Schottky diode in the space
saving SOT-563 package. These devices are designed for space constrained
applications where size and energy efficiency are key requirements.
Features:
CMLM0575 (N-Channel) MOSFET:
• 20V, 650mA N-Channel
• rDS(on) = 140mΩ @ ID = 600mA, @ VGS = 4.5V
• VGS(th) = 0.5V min. @ 250μA
CMLM0585 (P-Channel) MOSFET:
• 20V, 650mA N-Channel
• rDS(on) = 250mΩ @ ID = 350mA, @ VGS = 4.5V
• VGS(th) = 0.5V min. @ 250μA
Schottky Diode:
• 40V, 500mA
• VF = 350mV @ 100mA
Schottky Diode:
• 40V, 500mA
• VF = 350mV @ 100mA
