DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLDM7120G
is an enhancement-mode N-Channel MOSFET,
manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON) and
low threshold voltage.
