DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLDM3737
consists of dual silicon N-Channel enhancement-mode
MOSFETs designed for high speed pulsed amplifier
and driver applications. These MOSFETs offer very low
rDS(ON) and low threshold voltage.
