DESCRIPTION
NEC's NX8310UA is a 1310 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW)
structured Distributed Feed-Back (DFB) laser diode TOSA
(transmitter optical subassembly) with InGaAs monitor PIN-
PD in a receptacle type package designed for SFF/SFP
transceivers with LC duplex receptacle. This device is ideal for
Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) systems, long haul
STM-4 (L-4.1), ITU-T recommendations, and SONET OC-12
(LR).
