Typical characteristic curves are generated using the circuit in Figure 1. Inverter test conditions are: V+ 5V, LV = GND,
BOOST/FC = Open and TA = 25˚C unless otherwise indicated. Note that the charge-pump frequency is one-half the
oscillator frequency.
