Features
■ 256 discrete brightness steps for easy LED dimming and color mixing
■ two programmable blinking rate between 0.625 sec and 1.6 sec for
CAT9532; 0.02sec and 6.4 sec for CAT9552
■ eliminates repeated commands to turn on/off LEDs,reducing I²C traffic
■ drives up to 16 LEDs; any bit that is not used to drive an LED can be used
as a GPIO
■ 25mA sink current per bit (max 200mA per device)
■ each port can be individually turned on, off, or programmed to blink
■ during power-up or when a manual reset (hardware reset) is asserted,
all outputs are set to off-mode
■ built in noise filter for SDA/SCL inputs
■ 0-400KHz clock frequency
