89 surface mount package. It is designed for
use where low noise and high linearity are
required and features low noise and high
OIP3 with low current at wideband frequency.
It requires a few external matching compo-
nents. All devices are 100% RF/DC tested and
classified as HBM ESDS Class 1A.
