The AZ39150 is low dropout three-terminal regulator _{· Minimum Guaranteed Output Current: 1.5A}
with a typical dropout of 375mV at 1.5A output cur-
rent.

The AZ39150 is available for 3.3V, 5.0V and 12V ver-
sions now. It is available in the industry standard TO-
