Capacitance Tolerances: K = ±10%, M = ±20%
Military Failure Rate: M = 1% per 1000 hours; P = 0.1% per
1000 hours; R = 0.01% per 1000 hours; S = 0.001% per
1000 hours

part per MIL-C-39014. Substitutability for failure rate levels
shall be as follows:
