General Description
The AOZ1213 is a high efficiency, simple to use, buck
regulator plus one linear regulator controller optimized for
a variety of applications.
The AOZ1213 works from a 4.5V to 28V wide input
voltage range. The buck regulator provides up to 3A of
continuous output current. Each output voltage is
adjustable down to 0.8V.
The AOZ1213 is available in a 4x3 DFN-12 package
and can operate over a -40°C to +85°C ambient
temperature range.
