Notes:
1. Via holes should be 35 mils (0.89 mm) in diameter, and plated to 1 mil (0.025 mm) thickness. They need not be solder-
filled.
2. WARNING: Due to the power dissipation of this device, the printed circuit board should be mounted/attached
to a heat sink.
3. More assembly details, such as via hole diameters, via spacing, solder paste application, and soldering
recommendations are provided in the application note entitled, âThermal Management of ANADIGICSâ Surface Mounted
Amplifiersâ.
