ABSTRACT
The JST20A/20B are high voltage TRIACs with high current
density, SIPOS, and are glass passivated. These
components are suitable for general purpose AC switching
and can be used as an ON/OFF function in applications
such as static relays, heating regulation, and so on. This
design is specifically recommended for use on inductive
loads.

three terminals to external heatsink
