Notes:
1. Up = [(Vpmax-Vpavg) / Vpavg] x100% or [(Vpavg-Vpmin) / Vpavg] whichever is the largest. Where Vpmax is the maximum pixel value and Vpmin is the minimum
pixel value in a single scan line.
2. Upadj = MAX[|(Vp(n)-Vp(n+1))| / vp(n)].
3. Ud=Vdmax-Vdmin; where Vdmax is the maximum pixel value and Vdmin is the minimum pixel value in the dark.
4. Vd is the average dark level.
5. MTF=[(Vpmax-Vpmin) / (Vpmax+Vpmin)] x 100%. Depth of focus, DOF, is defined with the MTF. It is measured with the glass surface as the reference. Vpmax is
