In manual mode the SRC ratio needs to be set using SRCBINT,

0 Enable ASRCB ratio autodetect; the data is automatically written in the
SRCB INT/FRAC ratio register (default)
1 Disable ASRCB ratio autodetect, using the data set in the SRCB INT/FRAC
ratio register
