Typical applications
CAV444 is an integrated capacitance-to-voltage transducer. The IC is particularly suitable for all
measurements designed to convert a capacitive input signal into a voltage that is direct proportional
to the change in the capacitance to be measured. It can be used for:
• Measurement of humidity
• Level sensing
• Material identification
• Object detection
• The IC can be used as an input circuit for microprocessors or as a stand-alone IC
