Two-wire serial EEPROM
Description
The ACE24C256C is a 256-Kbit I2C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable
Memory) device. It contains a memory array of 32 K × 8 bits, which is organized in 64-byte per page.
ACE24C256C provides the following devices for different application.
