Test Equipment:
1. Inductance is measured in HP-4284A precision LCR meter with SMD-A fixture.
2. Q factor is measured in HP-4284A precision LCR meter with SMD-A fixture.
3. SRF is measured in Agilent E-5071B Network Analyzer.
4. RDC is measured in HP-4338B milliohm meter.
5. I_sat: Based on inductance change (∆ L/Lo : ≤ -10%)
6. I_DC: Based on temperature rise ( ∆ T : 25^oC TYP. )
