Change Title: Product process change.
Products Affected: See Appendix A
Description of the Change: : In an effort to make our product line more compatible with
regulatory and environmental guidelines, we are changing the volume manufacturing process for
our products to make them RoHS compliant with Aavid Thermalloy specification RoHS 9000.

These products are already compliant. Product that is RoHS compliant is identified with a “G”
suffix at the end of the part number as shown in Appendix A. This change is to update our internal
system with the “G” identifier.
The base material, dimensions and thermal performance of these products remain unchanged.

Sample Date: Available immediately.
Volume Production: Available immediately.
EOL of unchanged Product: Not applicable.
Customer Impact: This is a part number change only. Please update your internal
documentation to reflect the “G” suffix and amend all outstanding purchase orders with Aavid-
Thermalloy to reflect the new part number.
